Shasta Landscaping was the lead landscaper for these model homes. With beautiful hardscape paired with a drought tolerant landscape, Shasta Landscaping really knocked this out of the park. Shasta created luxurious outdoor living and entertaining spaces for these homes, including pools, fireplaces, outdoor TVs, barbeque areas, and even a bocce ball court. In efforts to reduce water usage and retain a beautiful outdoor space, Shasta used synthetic turf as a substitute to live grass, along with drought tolerant succulents for seasonal color. Shasta also installed the streetscape and various water features throughout the models.
